TiE Lahore, the Lahore chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs, the world’s largest not-for-profit network of established and aspiring entrepreneurs dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship, today announced the elections of new office bearers following an Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2014.
The new office bearers were elected in accordance with the bylaws of TiE Lahore. The elected officers are (i) President, Mr. Naeem Zamindar (CEO Zamindar Capital), (ii) Vice President, Mr. Humayun Mazhar (Director Crescent Group and Chairman & CEO CresVentures.), (iii) General Secretary, Mr. Naveed Khalid Chowdhry (Executive Director, Medipak Ltd) and (iv) Treasurer, Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan (Professor, Lahore University of Management Sciences).
“It is indeed an honor to be elected President of the TiE Lahore Chapter. TiE has a strong foundation and we now have the opportunity to grow it further. I am looking forward to working with this great team to make TiE become a powerful enabler for igniting this force of entrepreneurship in Pakistan. Entrepreneurship will be the driving force to make Pakistan a more prosperous and progressive country.”
Mr. Naeem Zamindar, CEO Zamindar Capital, takes over the office of president from Mr. Salim Ghauri, Founder & CEO of NetSol Technologies. Previous presidents of TiE Lahore chapter include industry stalwarts such as Syed Babar Ali, Dr. Khalid Chowdhry and Zouhair Khaliq.

Naeem has a proven track record of scaling organizations and building sustainable world-class teams. I wish him and the new executive team all the best for advancing TiE Lahore’s mission.”
The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), was founded in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. There are currently over 13,000 members and more than 2,500 charter members in 61 chapters across 17 countries.
